ST. ALBERT TRANSIT
2006 New Flyer D60LF #s 812-818
For the sake of expanding service, St. Albert Transit took delivery of an additional 7 D60LFs in 2006. These units featured updated interior styling, along with the omission of the rear windows found on the 2001 order. The buses are powered by
Caterpillar C9 engines and Allison B500R5 transmissions -- quite an unusual configuration for New Flyer products! As of mid 2014, all 7
of these buses are in active service.
