7621 August 3, 1999 7621 is shown waiting to head southbound on the Centre Street Bridge as a Route 3 - Elbow Drive. This was the first day that the Centre Street Bridge was shut down for renovations to the entire bridge. Coincidentally, the lady you can see in the windshield with the sunglasses thought that I was a photographer from the newspaper or someone related to the construction crew as she smiled and waived at me after I took this very photo.
