All images are copyright © their respectful owner and are
not to be used without contacting the webmaster first, and the photographer.
Although we try to credit every photo to the correct photograph, we do not
always have that information available. Photos that cannot be credited to a
photographer are credited to the collection of whoever the image came from.

This website is intended to be used for non-commercial uses and is a personal website that is set up as a photo documentary of bus & transit along with railway equipment from the past to the future. This site does not endorse any of the operators/systems/companies that are contained inside of this website. Any opinions, comments, etc that are listed inside of this website are solely intended to be comments only of the webmasters or contributors of this website. We are not affiliated with any bus or rail company or affiliate, nor are we responsible for any damage, harm, or any effects that arise from material posted to this site or acts shown on this site. We do not encourage trespassing or illegal activities to photograph bus and/or rail equipment. Always ask permission before entering private property, or secure locations for what ever reason.

Any image submitted for possible inclusion on Barp.ca is done so at the senders own risk. By submitting images for inclusion on Barp.ca, the copyright holder is agreeing to allow the webmasters of Barp.ca to publish that image free of charge on Barp.ca.
Pop-ups and Advertising and Links: Barp.ca does not use
pop-ups for any reason what so ever. If we ever do use pop-ups, we will include
a note beside the link. If you are experiencing pop-ups this is a result of
something (likely malware) that is installed on your computer.
Barp.ca is a non-profit website. We take in $0 and any hosting costs are paid entirely
by the webmasters. We have no present interest in offering advertising, or of
even posting return links just because some commercial website figures that if
they post a link to Barp, I'll post a link back to their website which is not
directly related to buses, trains, or models. Yes, I constantly have some idiots
at a tool related website pestering me to add a return link to their
website.
Now, if you're really serious about advertising something on Barp, you had
better make it worth my while, and it must be something I feel our viewers would
benefit from, or be interested in.
