New Flyer 2006 DE40LF- Parallel Hybrid with Allison Ep40
These 10 buses were part of an purchase in 2005 from New Flyer for 265 buses which consisted of 245 D40LF's, and 20 diesel hybrid DE40LF's. The other 10 hybrids were equipped with ISE Thundervolt series hybrid drive trains. These buses ran until as late as 2019, outlasting the ISE powered hybrid buses.
