Public Transit Victoria (Melbourne) Trams - A Class
The A Class tram was built in 2 different variations from 1984-86. Originally the first set was equipped with trolley poles and the second with pantographs, however all have since been fitted with pantographs. Compared to the Z-Class units, they feature restyled ends and larger doors.
