Originally delivered to Calgary Transit in 1995, Winnipeg Transit purchased these 24 buses in 2016 to help with a fleet shortage. Powered by Detroit Diesel Series 50 engines and Allison B400R transmissions, 649 and 659 have since been refitted with Cummins ISC engines. All were repainted into the Winnipeg Transit livery before entering service, however they lack the black paint around the windows. As of December 2020, all of these buses continue in service but are generally restricted to peak hour routes and driver training.
