SPRUCE GROVE TRANSIT

Spruce Grove Transit serves the City of Spruce Grove, located just West of Edmonton down Highway 16/16A. The commuter service features two routes (#'s 560-561) operated by a fleet of six New Flyer XD40's (#'s 6900-6905 in the ETS fleet) with sealed windows and A/C. Operations are contracted out to ETS, with ETS providing drivers to operate the Spruce Grove owned buses. Because Spruce Grove does not own enough buses to cover all of the runs on these routes, ETS will typically book out a mixture of regular XD40's along with the Spruce Grove XD40's. The service is mostly peak-hours-only, however there are a couple of weekday midday runs on the route 560.

2019 saw the addition of 3 PWT owned and operated Arboc shuttles (#'s 6931-6933) for use on new local routes 566-568. These routes have since been replaced with an on-demand transit service.

2021 saw the addition of another 3 Arboc shuttles. #6934 is for expansion of the local Spruce Grove service, while #'s 6971-6972 are for use on the route 565 Stony Plain commuter service.
