Strathcona County Transit 2005 Nova Bus LFS-40 #921-923

Early 2005 (in service by mid-March) saw the delivery of three Nova Bus LFS-40 model buses numbered 921-923. Equipped with Cummins ISL engines and Allison B400R5 transmissions, these were the first of many Nova LFS' purchased by SCT for the sake of fleet modernization and standardization. These were also the only LFS' delivered in the pre-XLII maroon livery. 921 was later refurbished into the XLII livery, only to be repainted again into the current green livery along with the rest of the fleet. 921 and 923 were retired at the end of 2020, while 922 survived until the end of February 2021. All three were auctioned off shortly after.
