Strathcona County Transit took delivery of this single bus sometime around 1994. It is believed to be an ex HSR TDH-4519, rebuilt by Paling with a Classic style rear end and a lot of other changes. IIRC, this bus and two others were destined for a Quebec system which never paid for the buses. The buses were taken back by Paling and then sold, with SCT buying one of them. This bus had a Bailos sign installed in early 2000 and had some body work and repainting done in August 2000. The body work was done by Busex, with the repainting done at ETS's Paterson Garage. It then ran in service for no more than a few years before it was retired and picked up by the Strathcona County Fire Department for use as a rehab bus.
