EDMONTON TRANSIT SYSTEM
1976 Flyer E800 #238-249

Following the first order of 25 coaches, ETS had as second order of 12 coaches for 1975 delivery. Due to the issues behind the late delivery of the 1974 order, these coaches also arrived a year late, arriving in 1976. These coaches came at cost of $580,968, or $48,414 each, with was about $950 more than first group.

Like the first 25 buses, these 12 would also have their spoilers removed with kits from Flyer, and would end up all repainted in the Edmonton Transit blue and yellow "Flying E" livery. Prior to repainting, the buses received large fleet numbers like the rest of the fleet, as well as upgrade Edmonton Transit logos- either the entire full size logo, or the smaller decal by the front door.

**Details on minimizing trolley operations** In 1987, all of the E800's were sold to STE (Mexico City) for use there, and a few ran well into the 21st century. The sale of the coaches was approved on XXXXXXXXXX for a total of $623,146.20 or $16,841.79 each.

Flyer E800's ready to head south to Mexico.
