Edmonton ordered 21 more T6H-5307N's from General Motors in 1973, as part of a number of orders spilt between GM And Flyer. The buses were $46,571.20 each, for a total of $977,995.20 for all 21 buses. Quite similar to the previous order, these buses did have a few differences. The lights on the tailgate did not stick out as far, the exhaust cowling on the inside of the bus was bare metal, as opposed to painted metal, and the rear passenger windows were one piece windows. The seat material was also a bit different. A bit stiffer and while they were red, they had a bit of a marble pattern to them. #586 was a prototype for the black Firestone bumpers in 1979. The last four units in service were #s 572, 580, 582, and 587, which were retired in mid-to-late 2007. #572 was the only unit rebuilt into the blue and silver ETS scheme. Some were also sold as operating units to Fort McMurray in the 1980's.
