EDMONTON TRANSIT SYSTEM
1944 Pullman 44-CX #113-120
After Mack stopped producing trolley coaches, by order of the US Department of National Defense, Edmonton decided to try Pullman for trolley coaches. The order was placed in August 1943, and the buses arrived in July 1944. All of these buses were retired between 1964, and 1966 when the used Regina CCF/Brill's arrived that killed off any Pullman's still around then. #116 was kept for the historic collection, and was renumbered to 113. These buses were powered by a General Electric 1213D7 140 HP motor.

ETS #114 seen probably near the start of its life. This bus still has the air scoop on the rear that was later removed. The photo might have been taken along 99 St a little ways from the bottom of Scona Hill in the river valley.
