ETS had a chance to look at Orion's 07.501 hybrid demo bus when the bus stopped in Edmonton for 4 days during the summer of 2003. It visited each garage and drivers had a chance to drive the bus for themselves. The number 1043 comes from when the bus ran in service as a demo for the TTC.
