Calgary Transit 2012 New Flyer XN40 #8201-8202
In late 2012, Calgary Transit took delivery of a pair of New Flyer XN40 CNG-powered buses. Both feature Cummins / Westport ISL-G engines and Allison B400R transmissions.
Despite ultimately choosing the Nova Bus design over this one, Calgary Transit continues to operate these buses in regular service for the time being. Both were repainted into the red CT livery by the end of
2019.
