CALGARY TRANSIT
1993 D40LF #7501-7550

In 1993, Calgary Transit received 50 new New Flyer D40LF's numbered 7501-7550.  These buses were delivered with Detroit Diesel 6V92TA engines and ZF 4HP500 transmissions. All except 7516 (which was written-off in an accident) were eventually refurbished and had their transmissions retrofitted to the Allison B400R5. The last units were retired in 2015. #7504, 7519, 7527, 7528, and 7529 were sold to Brandon Transit, while the rest were scrapped.
