1973 GMDD T6H-5307N #687-711

Calgary Transit's second order of T6H-5307N model buses arrived in 1973 and were numbered 687-711. Today, none of these buses are in revenue service. #694 and 703 are the last. #694 is the oldest bus operating for Calgary Transit. 694 and 703 have been the only two 1973 T6H-5307N's running for Calgary Transit since 1994 when 691 was sold to Grande Prairie in 1994.

694 June 23, 1999 694 is shown behind Spring Gardens Garage when it was thought that this bus was going to be retired. At this point, it was not known if the bus was going back into service or not, but it later got it's engine changed out and went into service later that year

709 December 28, 2005 Ex-Calgary Transit 709 is shown being stored in Crossfield, AB as it awaits it's new owner to fix the bus up. This bus was originally sold to Carstairs Ford in February 1990 and then ended up being used as a portable welding shop up until recently, when sold to it's new owner.
