September 15, 2001 was one of the biggest bus auctions that Edmonton Transit has had over the years. This auction involved approximately 55+ GM Buses, including 2 1967 GM TDH5303's #511 and 515, along with several 1972 to 1978 GM T6H5307N's. Some of these buses were sold whole and running, some of them were sold as bodies only and other parts missing. As some of these buses were just retired a month before after the completion of the IAAF World Track & Field Games, Edmonton Transit was dumping nearly perfect buses, and in some cases, not so perfect buses. Since this auction was held, a number of these buses have been found, but not all of them. Below the list of photos is a list of where some of the buses we know of went to.
