SPRUCE GROVE TRANSIT

Spruce Grove Transit serves the City of Spruce Grove, located just West of Edmonton down Highway 16/16A. Operations are contracted out to ETS, with ETS providing drivers to operate the Spruce Grove owned buses. In the event that not enough Spruce Grove buses are available (which is fairly frequently given the current size of the fleet), standard highway-equipped ETS buses are used in place.

The service features three commuter routes (#s 560, 561, and 562), operated by a fleet of six New Flyer XD40s (#s 6900-6905 in the ETS fleet) with sealed windows and A/C. For the time being, the entire service remains peak-hours-only, with the possibility of expansion to be considered in the upcoming years.
