ST. ALBERT TRANSIT
1993 New Flyer D40LF #s 844-846

In 1993, St. Albert took delivery of three New Flyer D40LFs, #s 844-846. With the exception of ex-demonstrator #843, these were the first full size low floor buses operated by St. Albert. Because these buses were an addon to Edmonton's order of 1993 D40LFs, they featured the same Detroit Diesel 6V92TA engines and ZF 4HP500 transmissions as the Edmonton units. These buses were retired in the years leading up to 2007, with #846 being the last one to go.
