ST. ALBERT TRANSIT
1992 MCI TC-40102N #s 837-842

St. Albert's second, and final, order of MCI classics consisted of six buses delivered in 1992. These buses were powered by Detroit Diesel 6V92TA engines and Allison V731 transmissions. One major spotting difference from the 1990 units is the destination signs; these units featured extra large rollsigns as opposed to the standard sized ones found on #s 834-836. #s 838-841 were retired upon the delivery of 13 New Flyer D40LFRs (#s 865-877) in 2007, while #s 837 and 842 stuck around until mid-2009 to ease the demands of increased ridership attributed to the U Pass program.
