EDMONTON TRANSIT SYSTEM
May 20 - May 23 Track Rebuilding and Maintenance

May 20 - May 23 was one of the more interesting weekends I can remember for LRT shutdowns. The biggest projects were between 92 St and 95 St and about Yellowhead Trail - 66 St where ETS had the entire track structure rebuilt with all new ballast and concrete ties. These two projects were done by PNR Railworks. ETS did work as well North of 66 St. Tie replacement was being done and tamping.
