Beginning in mid-August 2003, ETS recieved an additional 7 D60LF's to expand articulated service on the route 9 and start articulated service on the route 100 (AM peak hour only). They included Cummins ISL engines in place of the Detroit Diesel Series 50's of the 2001 order, and Luminator Horizon destination signs similar to the 2003 order of D40LF's. They were also the first to feature updated seating (American Seating Metropolitan instead of model 6468). They were fitted with Smartbus GPS & stop announcement systems by 2016 and interior and exterior cameras by 2019. After the expansion of articulated service in 2011, these buses were found on routes 8, 9, and 100 (AM peak hour only). In July 2018, articulated service was reduced to a handful of trips on the routes 15 and 100 to save milage -- these buses were in rough shape at that point and replacements were delayed until late-2019. #4909 was the last unit in service, completing an AM route 15 extra on December 30, 2019.
